My complaint:
Y’all blocked my card before asking me locking up my paycheck funds I’ve called waited for 4 to 5 hours on the phone to speak to and actually person done what they told me to do to in block my card but it still blocked can’t pay my bills because my whole paycheck goes on it can’t get to my funds ask to speak with a upper management they hang up on me I need my funds and y’all to unblock my card and ask before blocking it again there was no reason for it to be blocked in the first place this is ridiculous thinking about getting a lawyer and during because my insurance on truck is canceled and other bills pass due because I bought a pack of cig and pay for gas in Charleston where I work Monday threw Friday
Suggested solution:
Unblock my card immediately where I can get to my hard earned money and call and ask before blocking it again
