My complaint:
bought green dot card. Read every word of terms. Reloaded my card after spending initial cash. Was then told that the real card would have my balance from 2nd deposit loaded to it. Which I won’t receive for 7 to 10 days. Had the balls to tell me I requested a new card. Or I clicked something wrong. But they took my money under false pretense. Then made a convenient lie!!
Suggested solution:
Put my 2nd deposit on the card I initially purchased. They told me they don't have access to that!! More lies!
