I will like to file a complaint against green dot bank. When I opened up the card with the bank I was able to use Apple Pay, which is a money transferring service. Green dot took it upon themselves to black this feature from me, which resulted in me not able to use Apple Pay entirely anymore. I called in and reported this problem to them over a month ago and nothing has been resolved. I have been left on hold for over an hour, told a technician will call me and never received a call back. I have never been treated as terrible my any other bank in my entire life and to too it off they have people answering the phone who don’t speak English very well which makes it hard to communicate with them.
I need to be able to use my Apple Pay feature immediately.
