I had some unauthorized charges on my account, I have been a victim of fraud. Its so weird because I noticed a few different charges on my statement from stores that I’ve never shopped at or even been to before. i filed a dispute and explained the situation and within 6 hours they sent me an email saying the are denying my dispute and closing my claim. so basically I loose over 7 hundred dollars of my own money due to some criminals crime actions.
I would like an actual investigation to take place, and I would like all my money put directly put back into my account along with a new card sent to me, and not to charge the 5 dollar replacement card fee, how they took from my account .
