My complaint:
The attached card was sent to my address. I did not request a card. Your customer service phone number and its s are horrible. The recorded message does not say how much of a wait time there is and the only way to proceed is to register the card. Why would I register a card I did not order? Well to see if I could speak to a human being I tried to register the card and the recording said a text message would come to the telephone number ending in 3913. My phone number does not end with those numbers, another fault. Please be sure my address is removed from any databases in your organization and I hope you are able to determine who opened this account and give them their penance due. Also, the number 866-765-7605 appears when a Google search is finished. This number does not work.

Find out who opened the account and give them their penance. Also, please be sure my address is not in your database.
I will be contacting my Attorney I have ask several times for my funds to be switched over to my new account and walmart greenest has refused to do so my bill has not. Been paid because of this I am a brittle epilepsy pt. And it has cause my health to go down hill u all have no way to speak to alive perso so here is your message…..sorry but not sorry
