My complaint:
I just moved and I emailed them my ID and mail with my new address to verify my new address. They have my stimulus on the green dot card and are refusing to send it to my new address or help me and are not e-mailing me back. “Tina” who I talked to on the phone continued to talk over me and not help AT ALL. I also waited two hours on hold.
Suggested solution:
Send me my card to my new address. E-mail me back. Have someone that knows what they are talking about on there phones!!
