I did a $1205.00 money transfer to my PayPal account and when I noticed it was going to take 5 days I disputed the transaction because they dont offer a stop payment option. That’s been a week ago and now green dot is saying the dispute has been declined however my money has never showed back up in either account. I called customer service multiple times to only get an automated system with no option to speak to a live person. I’ve tried every way to contact greendot but no response so far. I want my money back.
Find my 1205.00 and return it to one of my accounts preferably my greendot account. They have declined the despute so theres no legal reason why my money is missing.
