My complaint:
Twice I have called Green Dot to close an account and was assured each time that the account would be closed, the fees removed, and then soon following I keep receiving statement with a negative balance. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED: ACCT592317189891, associated with the name Frank Polizzi, North Babylon NY 11703. i HAVE POSTED THIS COMPLAINT ON COMPLAIN.BIZ!
Suggested solution:
REMOVE ALL FEES AND CLOSE ACCOUNT AT MY REQUEST.
