My complaint:

I was locked up and my card was stolen sent all the info over 900 was spent they only gave me 650 kept the rest then they credit me the rest but made sure I couldn’t use it bc they act like the merchant denied when me and a Green Dot Bank representative was on the 3 way call with me and the merchant when they stated they would refund me. So basically Green Dot Bank is stealing from me

Suggested solution:

I would like all my money and some extra funds I been going through this since May. I spoke with the CEO of Green Dot Bank and he told me I would be getting my funds to no avail.
