My complaint:
I have over 1,000 in the acct. I have submitted all my documents and my acct is still blocked. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and still they have not returned my call. My acct has been blocked for a month. My boyfriend is in the army and he helps me with a few dollars..and green dot. Will not unblock my acct. Nor will they send the money back to the army.
Suggested solution:
