Complaint: I need help please I have requested my money back for 11 days now

My complaint:

I booked a reservation on Airbnb with my Green Dot account for $2500 dollars. I have sent Airbnb several hundred messages since the 28th to refund me and nobody replies. I get ignored for 4 days at a time. Per there policy it states if the description isn’t the same when checking in that qualifies for a refund as well as dirty bed sheets with stains cockroaches no plates no pots and pans to cook with as it states in the description. No laundry nothing at all. I’ve sent in a hundred messages and calls to Airbnb and nobody replies to me. I then dispute the transaction with Green Dot and literally hours later they Denied my dispute. I didn’t even get to send in messages showing everything pictures showing proof of all the issues I’ve had. I have all the messages of being ignored and proof of everything how I’m being ripped off my money of $2500 dollars. I need help

They should dispute this with airbnb and go over the policy with airbnb at least and show the messages I' have of being ignored and nobody v helping me for 11 days now. I paid $2500 I want my money back. They could have at least let me send in my proof of everything I have to back up what I'm saying. I want my money back ASAP this is fraud! I have way way too many pictures to upload here that I can send in after a reply is given to me to prove what I'm talking about please help me
