My complaint:
Due to a fraudulent situation I closed my account in March 2021 once I provided them with my id and utility bill they were supposed to mail my check. Everytime I call I get the run around. Green dot say they mailed it and it will take 2 weeks to arrive. Then when the 2 weeks comes around they claim they will just issue a new check. The last check they so called mailed was June 13th. June 30 I got a new claim number. I also got an email stating they needed my credentials again. Claim 64991422
