My complaint:

I had multiple direct deposits going in for my pay checks. I also had back unemployment money going in. My wife and children and grandma also used my account for their direct deposit this has happened multiple times. This inprticular time after a day of using jt they froze my account it has been five days I’ve emailed them everything they need multiple times they are still holding it I called and attorney they won’t even speak to them I have 17,811.00 they will not release to me
