My complaint:
i had my tax refund deposited on to a green dot card and have been trying to get the permanent card sent to me for over 2 months they have charged me 6 times for expedited card services they have said its a computer glitch they hang u0p when i call they say supervisors will call they never do. they put me on permanent hold
Suggested solution:
transfer my money from that account to the account i have a card with asap
