My complaint:
My account was blocked, so I sent my driver’s license to verify my identity, and instead, they closed my account. I can’t talk to anyone at Green Dot to resolve this because as soon as I use the automated system to type in my card number, it tells me that I called the wrong number.
Suggested solution:
