My complaint:
i set up a green dot acount , they mailed me a card , after i set up a acount
then i put over $300 on my card by local DG store
when i set up my acount i entered my dob ssn corectly
when i call my card my money was on it , it was LOCKed and they changed my acc info DoB to be exact to where i can not access my acc , i can not get a hold of a person and they refuse to give me access to my money
Suggested solution:
how about fix my acount to where i can acess it becuse monday i am going to a lawyer and filing lawsuit , i am furious
