My complaint:

Debit card has $51.01 balance. Charges against card are declined. Company does not have phone or chat support personnel to solve problems that can not be addressed by online options.

Suggested solution:

Send me my money. Hire support personnel adequate to resolve issues that can not be addressed by online options or abandon business. Customer support is horrendous and laughable and business needs to closed.
