My complaint:
Greendot bank has taken over $500.00 dollars from me. I do not agree with them CONTINUING TO CHARGE my cards for MONTHS EVEN YEARS when I CLEARLY haven’t made a purchase or transaction in 2-3 years. That’s my money that I worked very hard for! If you see that the person hasn’t used they’re card in over 1 year how is it right for you to keep taking money from them? I want my money back this is ridiculous!
Suggested solution:
Give money back to people that they are wrongfully taking from people.
Plus start sending a letter to the registered address after 2 months of no activity on they're account stating your going to cancel it. So people dont have to deal with this really upsetting issue.
