My complaint:
IRS accepted :on 2-14-20 ,then on 2-26-20 was supposed of been put refund on green dot card supposed to receive on 3-1-20 not received so called on 3-7-20 gave me another no live person . On 3-9-20 called talked with a gentleman said he would have it Fedex but cost $15 and would take out of refund check in 3business days so on 3-12-20 should of been here by Fedex still no refund check,so called back 3-13-20 they said call back on th3-16-20 if hadn’t heard anything so did still nothing, was told call back 3-20-20 still nothing . Then was told call back 3-23-20 then talked with an over head office . And said she would Fedex 3 business day s on 3-26-20 did not get if don’t get it on 3-27-20 still did not get . Still have not receive the green dot yet as of 4-15-30
Suggested solution:
They should find my green dot card that has my retail refund and issue my tax refund that is owed to me
