My complaint:
I am normally paid semi monthly and for some reason today my paycheck is not in the bank. I checked with my employer and everything went through on their end. I need my paycheck to pay bills. This is very unprofessional and I plan to switch banks after I get my money.
Suggested solution:
COMMUNICATE.... Let people know what is going on. This is not right.
