My complaint:
I disputed 2 charges on my card, they settled one and added the amount to my card, not the other one. I also changed my address online, as I had recently moved they told me I needed to send them a picture ID with my new address, I do not have a new ID yet as I cant get to the BMV due to the COVID 19 pandemic, I am staying home and staying safe. They haven’t reinstated my card yet. I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone, to no avail, I was put on hold as long as 91 minutes.
Suggested solution:
I believe they should add the other disputed charge to my card, and reinstate my card.
