Complaint: Refuse to return moneyclose account

My complaint:

Green dot refuses to give my money I receive from Social Security or the money I had filed a dispute on. They will not allow me to close the account or to order new card and to speak to a supervisor. This has been ongoing for 3 months. I had opened a new account with another bank when I filed the dispute and they were supposed to transfer everything to new account. I have know idea why they have not done so. They also refuse to just close the account and send paper check. Am tired of dealing with these people and just want what’s mine.
