My complaint:
I had some fraudulent transactions made on my card so it was deactivated. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a new one and still haven’t received I’ve emailed and called to speak to someone and today had to have a card expedited and pay $15 I’m very upset with this because according to the app I should’ve had my card today and it’s still not here now my bills are late and I’m acquiring late fees.
Suggested solution:
I just want a new card as soon as possible
