My complaint:
I had my direct deposit submitted on April 30th it is now may 6th and it has yet to show in my account I havent tried every Avenue to contact green dot support for help however iam unable to contact them via phone as they dont have any available customer service reps hints also the reason im unable to contact via chat or email therefore im just left in the dark wondering where my money is ive contacted the issuing bank of my direct deposit and ed that it was in fact already sent as well as ing my account number was correct id like to know who i can speak with so I can resolve this and find out where my money is.
Suggested solution:
Open customer service lines via live person on the 1800 number have chat available as well as be able to email them so customers may fix their problems
