My complaint:
I recently did a dispute on charges I did not do I was not refused an a thorough investigation was not done I have proof of it I have phone calls that I recorded with them saying it was denied and that the computer made a error my understanding is computers don’t make errors when they are up to date
Suggested solution:
Give me my money they took from me I also want the rude employees fired for being disrespectful
