Green Dot Bank complaint: Won’t issue my money as a check

My complaint:

I had my account hacked and taken over almost a year ago now when someone fraudulently transferred 2000 dollars to an unknown account. I disputed it and won but now my account is frozen and I can’t access any of my funds to take care of my kids. I’ve already done everything that they wanted me to to verify my identity but they still won’t issue the check.

Suggested solution:

Issue me a check for the amount that is in my frozen account
