My complaint:
Account information has changed. Email and phone number belongs to someone else. I have received text messages from the hacker trying to get more of my information. Which I declined. I can’t even talk to someone about it and when I go on chat no one ever communicates with me.
Suggested solution:
I don’t won’t the account anymore but I do want to close it so that the hacker doesn’t have access to it.
