My complaint:
I received a gift card of $50 from a friend and before I could use this card they said I had to activate it through opening an account. So the customer service person helped me. Then I received my card in the mail and when I went to use it the card still shows declined. Now they’ve charged me $7.95 twice and the balance is down to $34.10. All I wanted to do is use the gift card I was given
Suggested solution:
Send me the $50 that gift card promised and close this account.
