My complaint:
Fist of all I’m homeless I pay for a room by the month with my ssi income I’m mentally disabled. Yesterday I seen a charge on my account I dispute it. The next morning my account was blocked I called greendot stayed on hold from 8am to 9pm we on lockdown in California im on the street I can’t pay for my room green dot has my blocked and on they website they states they don’t do that
Suggested solution:
Unlock my card for I can access my funds for I .ca.n go in it's very bad right now I want this to be spread around how green dot is doing there customers I have Wallmart moneycard I'm sending proof from green dot web site sateibg they don't blocked account from disputes
