My complaint:
I reported my card as lost to Green Dot on 7-26-2023 and I paid the $15 to have it rush delivered, along with the $5 replacement fee which I was charged twice. Today is 8-04-2023 and I don’t have my debit card and I can’t get my new card number from green Dot to at least withdraw my money from my account from Walmart, nor can I track the delivery of my card so I don’t know when or if my card is coming.
I just called them again, only to be told to call the number on the back of my card which I don’t have, and this was told to me with no introduction and without being asked the nature of the call and the rep hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor.
Suggested solution:
Stop giving me the runaround about my money!!!
