My complaint:
I called the on the back of the card, GreenDot cashback, debit VISA the automated voice said to enter the 16 digit card number, after that enter my SSN, that’s when the automated voice said i can’t receive my ‘ Account Balance’ because theirs a ‘ SECURITY BLOCK’ on the card,
Suggested solution:
Call GreenDot and see or hear, about removing the \' SECURITY BLOCK\'.
