My complaint:

I registered my greendot unlimited card and then deposited $300 on it. Then the next day when I tried to pulse money out it told me I had a security lock on my card. But when I called greendot after the recording informed me I had a security lock it told me to go online to resolve it. I couldn’t resolve it online nor could I speak with a live person.

Suggested solution:

Give me my cash. Then I'm cutting up my card. I no longer want to do business with them.
