My complaint:

I tried to purchase some groceries and transaction was declined. I’ve been trying to contact Green dot for 2 days now via phone, email and chat with no response. I am in New York and have been out of work for almost 2 months and am the sole provider for my family. I need access to my funds in my account. Please advise.
