My complaint:
Even though i updated my info with the irs prior to them sending out the stimulus money, they still sent it to an old Greendot account that was lost in a move, and still addressed to my old address.
I called green dot and emailed them the required info to get the address changed. Just so they can send me a new card at my new address… 10 business days, they said and not even a ation email!!!!
Im very frustrated and now when i call they say that the last 4 digits of the card are wrong, when they are the same 4 i used to change address
Suggested solution:
To begin with, at least acknowledge they recieved my information, send me a new card or let me close that account and transfer my funds to the right account!
