My complaint:
So earlier in the month i got scammed out of 266$ , they said the did a through investigation my claim was denied. If they would have done any type of investigation they would see that it wasnt not me i got kids bills . There customers service is also one of the wordt that i have seen in life i would nor recommend this bank to my worse enemy
Suggested solution:
They should actually investigate my claim resolve my issue by giving the money that i neeeed back . On the customer service side they need to fire everyone one if i had 1 positive experience with them . If my problem doesnt get fixed im a do everything in my power to shower the world how shitty green dot is
