My complaint:
I purchased a green dot card over a year ago and put 180 dollers on it. I spent some and I lost my card. Well I called to deactivate my card and to get a new one the green dot employee stated I would have to send in proof well I did and I still havent recieved my money. Its uncalled for for yalls company to be holding my cash like y’all are doing
Suggested solution:
I should receive my money and extra for this inconvient matter if not we can go to court
