Green Dot Bank complaint: Locked Card horrible customer service

My complaint:

My green dot card has been locked since July 3. I have sent copies of several forms of ID numerous times. I have called customer service multiple times, gotten no help, refused to be allowed to speak to supervisor, promised call back have NEVER received a call. Cant get number to call corporate to resolve issue or cancel card

Suggested solution:

Unlock my card or cancel it and refund my money.

I have the same issue. They were supposed to call in a month and havent. Then they sent my money somewhere but can’t give me a transaction number so it can be tracked. It’s horrible. Corporate number is ‭(866) 652-4611 btw.
