My complaint:
I have ordered a replacement card per the Representative 3 weeks, an my employer pay me direct deposit on this card. My money is tied up on this card and they have been lying about the replacement card an are refusing to send me my card with my money. Today it was suppose to deliver by FedEx 12.31 per the Representative, and I have not received it yet and I’m unable to speak with anyone today 12.31.20

Because it's fair and my funds are there that I work hard for.
