My complaint:
I have funds that I can’t access AND Greendot has closed my account and kept my money!!! What kind of SCAM is this?!?!?! I’ve been a customer for nearly three years!!!!!!! What kind of customer service is this?!?!
Suggested solution:
Greendot bank could have very easily and simply resolved this problem by pulling up the documents that I submitted to them! This is crazy!!!! We're in the middle of a worldwide pandemic and I have no access to my own money!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Over 3 hours on the phone, 4 agents and 2 supervisor and no one cared enough to fix this!?!?! Unacceptable customer service!!!!!
