My complaint:

Somebody got access to my account change the email address and my phone number I cannot get verified that it’s my account and they close my card and I had money on my account I can’t speak to anybody they won’t reimburse me they won’t do anything I can’t even talk to anybody they keep putting me on hold and keeping me on hold I never get to speak to a human at all for hours

Suggested solution:

Activate my card allow me to take all my money out reimburse me all my money that has been stolen from me and then get closed down by the better communications department or whoever handles them
