My complaint:

These people will not give me back my money I have gone to the same issue over and over again I don’t remember my address on file or they changed it or I just want to get my money transferred to someone else’s account I need help they’re giving me this whole run around I need some help I just want my money that’s it I don’t want to mess with these people anymore I don’t want anything to do with these people they won’t give me a live they won’t give me an honest answer nor will they give me my funds to access my account or transfer I’m not able to submit the documents because the website that they give me it requires a card number which is reported which has been gone as I as I reported it stolen I need some help

give me my money that's why I let you do it this resolve my complaint by giving me my money that's how or at least allow me to give them a routing number to transfer the money to I am sitting here with a friend who had a problem with Green Dot as well before he's not like them very well and I am simply having the same issue he went through
