My complaint:

I used a Green Dot card I got in the mail. I activated it to use for direct deposit so i could have my paycheck deposited on the card that I had gotten in the mail only to find out there was another card on my account that I didn’t have or had ever received. Now my paycheck is sitting in green dot and I have no money to survive on. After calling customer service they locked the card I hadn’t ever received or used but didn’t put my money on the card I registered to use. So now my paycheck is sitting in Green Dot and I have no access to it. I can’t buy food, gas, or anything for Christmas because they made a mistake and I can’t get them to correct it
