My complaint:
IRS direct deposited my stimulus check on 43020 onto my card. Green dot sent me text saying it was deposited on 43020. I still show a balance of zero. 1200 dollars was deposited. I call customer service and noone ever answers. Cant log into my account either.
Suggested solution:
They should put my deposit on my card. They should answer customers or at least let them log into their account.
