My complaint:
I made a purchase on a scam website. Attempted to resolve with “merchant” after realizing it was a scam, filed a complaint with FTC and contacted green dot bank to get my money back. Green Dot informed there was nothing they could do once monies were transferred. They gave me a phone number to deal with the “merchant” directly. That number is not a working number.
Suggested solution:
They should give my $85.48 back, and work WITH me to report the fraudulent activity of this site.
