My complaint:

I bought some thing from Amazon Amazon authorized transaction when they shipped they charged me seven days later green dot still has my money on hold from the authorization they allowed Amazon to take the money and is refusing to take the hold off I’ve asked and asked and asked to talk to a supervisor there yet on the other end of the chair has come up with 1 million excuses why nothing can be done at all these people need to hire people who know what they’re doing not to just give people excuses and there is no reason after seven days I should have to wait another four people so many might give me back my money no The money was ever there to put their hands on to hold it for this amount of time to begin with especially after what I bought was already paid for

Suggested solution:

The money was ever there to put their hands on to hold it for this amount of time to begin with especially after what I bought was already paid for..So they should resolve the issue by taking the hold off of my money and letting me have it
