My complaint:
ASAP direct deposit should be just that I dont need a bank that doesnt give me my money when I recieve it,why would they hold on to my cash for 5 days
Suggested solution:
make my cash available to me immediatly, and it would help to have a number to phone that can resolve a problem at that moment the call center is no help have no authority and just follow a script that is read I know I have call more than a dozen times hearing the same words over and over until someone told me that I was just going to have to wait and there was nothing that they could do for me.
