Green Dot Bank complaint: Never received replacement card and can’t get through to customer service.

My complaint:

My stimulus payment was sent to my old Greendot Visa debit account. I signed up for direct deposit through this debit card originally at the IRS site. However, I don’t have the card anymore. I don’t use this debit card anymore. I believe it was destroyed accidentally. So, I ordered and paid the $4.95 replacement fee two weeks ago. However, the replacement card never arrived. I can’t get through to Greendot customer service, on the phone or website. The phone customer service cuts you off when you try to report a card never received. The automated line asks you for the new card number’s last four digits. How do I have that information if I never received the card in the first place? On the Greendot website, they connect you to what they say is a live agent standing by. However the problem is that no live agent ever responds. It’s just a dead chat room. What is going on here? I just want access to my funds. How do I get my money? I can’t get through to any customer service agent through any means available. I need assistance please. Thank you for your assistance,
