My complaint:
On 12262020 we tried to make a purchase for a TV. We had $500 on our gift card we were using. It kept declining the card and would not go through. Later after the card was not working and I checked the balance it was showing a 0 balance. I took what I printed to Wal-Mart and they said they didn’t review the money because the transaction was voided. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks and I have been trying to contact someone to get my money back.
Suggested solution:
I need the $500 loaded back on to my gift card as soon as possible.
