My complaint:
I brought an unlimited green dot cash back card to put my 2020 refund check on but the irs took the funds so i never used my card. In 2021 I received a stimulus check. Green dot blocked my card due to inactivity. I verified my identity several times and kept getting emails saying they couldn’t verify me. Been calling for over a week and keep getting hung up on. My app has been closed. I’m pissed that’s my money.
Suggested solution:
Unlock my card and give me my money or send it to irs so i can get a paper check. Never using their services again. This is a lesson learned. I'm using my bank from now on.
