Green Dot Bank complaint: Locking my card and taking my money

My complaint:

On or about the 13th I called irs to check on my stimulus check was informed$ 1700 be deposited into acct with last 4 digits of this acct. (I used this acct to collect my 3018 taxes then I disguarded the card. I contacted green dot and informed them I needed new card. I had to email them some documents to prove change of address. That was fine did my part but then it was three different things before my request for new card was suppose to be processed. They told me 7-10 days. After I did not receive card I called them. Same thing happened 3 times before card was processed. Then finally received card after almost 3 months then there was only 1400 on there so I questioned it they told me there was transactions on there I hadn’t used card in a year. So they told me I could dispute it. I specifically asked the supervisor I was talking to if it would effect me taking money off card. She said no it won’t affect the use of your card . I went to use it and I’m locked out of it now and called them back they either put me on hold for literally hours before I hung up . Or they disconnect me. I need this my money. Am really considering a lawyer. I have everything documented and have had mental anxiety since all of this started going bad.

Suggested solution:

Put my 300 minus thyre charge if there is one back onto my card and unlock it so I can use it. At this point even if they just un lock it and drop dispute I don't care I just am in need of it . I'm bout to be evicted and have grandchild who lives with me. Please help
